What is a Gallery Wrap?

Following a prescribed process, canvases are carefully hand-stretched around the frame edges to achieve a unique 'full-wrap' effect - the result is unlike any other image display platform; whereas the image is presented in the full 3-dimensions.  To achieve this effect, a fixed portion from each of the four edges of the image must be "borrowed" equal to the thickness of the frame to fold-over to fully cover an edge.  Therefore, it is important to choose an image that has adequate sacrificial image margin at the edges to the distance of the thickness of the frame at the chosen size to fulfill the full edge wrap effect without compromising critical content - such as people, places, or things.
